Family Therapy and Counseling
"Family Counseling" is a guidance and counseling service that aims to increase the problem-solving capacity of families, reduce family relationship and communication problems, and improve parenting skills and sibling relations.
Family Counseling Services are provided under these headings in order to support spouses to cope with the problems they experience in issues such as communication and relationship within the family, and to increase their skills in communication, solving family conflicts, coping with stress and problem solving. "Divorce Process Counseling" services are provided to help couples going through a divorce to manage this process in a healthy way.
Family and couple therapy is a branch of psychotherapy in which the close relationship between families and couples is studied in order to ensure change and development.
The relationships that individuals establish with other people are very important for their mental health and emotional satisfaction. Especially in close relationships with people such as parents, spouses and children, this role becomes more prominent. In marriage, which is one of these close relationships, spouses may experience conflicts, difficult and troubled periods from time to time.
The aim of family and couple therapy is to resolve conflicts by addressing the difficult and distressing processes experienced within the family and between couples, and to ensure the healthy change and development of all family members. It is aimed both to regulate the relationships within the family and to regulate the relationships with other people and situations.
