“The real journey is the journey to oneself.” In this journey, we are with our phoenix to accompany and support you with our international and expert team.

The phoenix is a symbol of rebirth, transformation, and renewal of creative energy. It shows that we can embrace our dreams with a strong energy again against the difficulties we all face or will face in therapy and counselling.

The Phoenix, Simurg or Phoenix is a mythical, immortal bird that appears in many traditions. It is called “Phoenix” in ancient Greek mythology, “Simurg” in Persian tradition, “Tanniao” in China, “Homa” or “Rokh” in some cultures, and “Phoenix” or “Tuğrul Bird” in Turks. According to the legend in ancient Egypt, this bird comes from the other world to announce a very bright period and begin a new era.

Even if our names change, we always want to seek one thing. To be understood correctly and to be able to understand ourselves correctly.

The phoenix represents strength, purity, self-creation, maturity, virtue, loyalty, grace, and fairness. It symbolizes characteristics such as inaccessibility, greatness and extraordinary. The phoenix is a universal immortal mythological bird found in many cultures.

May these mystical historical meanings of the phoenix be a light to each of us.

Let’s talk about the legend of the phoenix:

“It is said that Simurg, the ruler of the birds who lived on Mount Kaf, lived in the branches of the Three of Knowledge, and knew everything. The birds believed in Simurg and thought Phoenix would save them. But no one among them saw Phoenix. The became suspicious when Phoenix was nowhere to be seen and finally gave up hope.Simurg’s nest was at the top of Mount Kaf with its skirts above the clouds. One day, in a distant land, a flock of birds found a feather from Simurg’s wing. Realizing that Phoenix existed, all the birds ot he world gathered together and decided to go to Simurg and ask for help for what was wrong.

The birds began to fly towards the sky all together. Those who had little will and perseverance, those who were preoccupied with worldly things, fell one by one on the way. There were those who got tired and fell. First, they passed through the “Sea of Love”, then they flew through the “Valley of Seperation”, crossed the “Plain of Ambition” and deviated to the “Lake of Jealousy”. Some of the birds dived into the “Sea of Love”, others broke away from the flock in the “Valley of Seperation”. Some fell into the plain out of ambition, some sank into the lake out of jealousy.

First the Nightingale returned, remembering her love for the rose; the Parrot used its beautiful feathers as an excuse (he was caged because of them); the Eagle could not leave his kingdom on high; the Owl missed his ruins; the Heron missed his swamp...

And finally, after passing through five valleys, in the sixth valley, the Valley of Confusion, and finally in the seventh valley, the Valley of Extinction, all the birds lost hope. When they reached Mount Kaf, only thirty birds remained. When they found Simurg’s nest, they learned that “Simurg” means “thirty birds”. Each of them was a Simurg. The thirty birds realized that they were looking for was themselves and that the real journey is the journey to oneself.
